Disgrifiad o'r Cynnyrch

Mae pwmp allgyrchol aml-gam hunan-gydbwyso HNYB yn mabwysiadu model hydrolig uwch ac mae'n gynnyrch effeithlonrwydd ac ynni uchel sydd wedi'i ddatblygu ei hun. Gan nad oes gan y rotor pwmp unrhyw draul a symudiad echelinol y disg cydbwysedd, mae aliniad y impeller a'r ceiliog canllaw bob amser yn y cyflwr gorau. Yn wahanol i strwythurau pwmp aml-gyfnod eraill, mae'r effeithlonrwydd yn cael ei leihau'n sylweddol gyda gwisgo'r disg cydbwysedd a symudiad y rhannau rotor ymlaen, ac nid oes unrhyw ddŵr cydbwysedd yn gollwng, sy'n lleihau'r golled cyfaint. Nodweddion strwythurol
Mae'r pwmp allgyrchol aml-gam cydbwyso D/DY/DF,/MD/MDS-P self-yn cael ei gefnogi ar y ddau ben, ac mae'r rhan dai wedi'i segmentu. Mae'r pwmp wedi'i gysylltu â'r modur trwy gyplu elastig pin.
Mae'r pwmp yn cylchdroi clocwedd o'r pen gyriant.

Rhan stator
Mae'n cynnwys yn bennaf adran sugno (adran fewnfa), adran ganol, adran rhyddhau (adran allfa), ceiliog canllaw, adran fewnfa eilaidd, blwch stwffio (gorchudd cynffon) a chorff dwyn, yr oedd yr holl rannau hyn yn gysylltiedig â bolltau tensiwn yn un uned. Effeithlonrwydd uchel ac arbed ynni:defnyddio modelau hydrolig uwch, gan ddatblygu cynhyrchion effeithlonrwydd uchel ac arbed ynni yn annibynnol; oherwydd nad oes gan y rotor pwmp draul a phylsiad echelinol y ddisg cydbwysedd, mae crynoder y impeller a'r ceiliog canllaw bob amser yn y cyflwr gorau, ac ni fydd yr effeithlonrwydd yn cael ei leihau'n sylweddol wrth i'r disg cydbwysedd wisgo a rhannau'r rotor symud ymlaen fel y strwythur pwmp aml-gam cyffredin; ac nid oes unrhyw ollyngiad o ddŵr cydbwyso, sy'n lleihau'r golled cyfaint, yn gwella effeithlonrwydd gweithrediad cyffredinol y pwmp, yn lleihau pŵer y siafft, ac mae 3% - 12% yn uwch nag effeithlonrwydd pympiau aml-gam cyffredin ar gyfartaledd.

Perfformiad cavitation da a bywyd gwasanaeth hir:dyluniad hydrolig a strwythurol wedi'i optimeiddio, castio manwl gywir, deunyddiau gwrthsefyll cyrydiad dibynadwy, mae rhai modelau o bympiau yn defnyddio strwythur sugno dwbl ar gyfer y impeller cam cyntaf, fel bod gan y pwmp berfformiad gwrth-geudod da, gweithrediad sefydlog y peiriant cyfan, sŵn isel a bywyd gwasanaeth hir.
Nodweddion strwythurol
Defnyddir pympiau cyfres DP i gludo dŵr neu hylifau clir sydd â phriodweddau ffisegol a chemegol tebyg i ddŵr clir heb ronynnau solet a thymheredd islaw 80 gradd.
Defnyddir pympiau cyfres DYP i gludo cynhyrchion olew a petrolewm nad ydynt yn cynnwys gronynnau solet, y mae eu tymheredd rhwng -20 a 105 gradd, ac y mae eu gludedd yn llai na 120cSt.
Defnyddir pympiau cyfres DGP i gludo dŵr poeth, olew neu gyfryngau sgraffiniol sy'n cynnwys tymheredd Llai na neu'n hafal i 210 gradd, a adlewyrchir yn bennaf yng nghyfeiriad mewnfa fertigol y pwmp.
Gellir defnyddio pympiau cyfres DFP ar gyfer draenio mwyngloddiau, yn bennaf ar gyfer cludo dŵr mwynglawdd a hylifau cyrydol eraill nad ydynt yn cynnwys gronynnau ac y mae eu tymheredd yn -20 ~ 104 gradd
Gellir defnyddio pympiau cyfres MDP/MDSP ar gyfer draenio mwyngloddiau, yn bennaf yn pwmpio dŵr mwynglawdd niwtral carthion tebyg arall gyda chynnwys gronynnau solet Llai na neu'n hafal i 1.5%, diamedr gronynnau Llai na neu'n hafal i 1.3mm, a thymheredd o - 20 ~ 104 gradd.
